Virgin Experience Days at The Clayrooms

Contact the preferred studio using the details below and inform them that you hold an experience voucher and would like to book. Please quote the voucher serial number and PIN that appear on your voucher. Your email also needs to include details of days and times that would suit you (your can find these by visiting The Clayrooms website and viewing the available options).

Once the studio accepts your voucher and preferred date and time details, they will book you in and send notification. You are bound by their terms and conditions. Make sure you understand their rules regarding changing or cancelling your booking.

The studio may require you to send them your voucher to confirm your booking: if so, we recommend you keep a record of your voucher number and use Special Delivery, as your voucher is a valuable document which cannot be replaced if lost.
