This is what we love about working with clay. Everyone starts with the same idea, but every piece takes on a life of its own.

Our 5-week throwing courses are starting this April at two Clayrooms studios, designed to guide you through the fundamentals of wheel throwing in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Across the course you’ll learn how to:
🌀 Centre clay on the wheel
🥣 Throw bowls and simple forms
✂️ Trim and refine your pieces
🎨 Glaze your ceramics ready for firing

These courses are perfect if you’re completely new to pottery or if you’ve tried the wheel before and want to build your confidence.
